Local Project Volunteers Team Guidelines AdvanceBangladesh.com
Interested individuals can apply to become volunteers for AdvanceBangladesh.com.
Each local team will consist of 7-10 volunteers.
A Coordinator will be appointed to lead and manage the team.
Teams will collaborate with other volunteers and coordinate with the central governing body.
Local volunteer teams will identify community needs and propose relevant projects.
The team must submit a detailed project proposal outlining objectives, activities, and expected outcomes.
A budget plan must be included, ensuring the total cost does not exceed Tk. 50,000.00/- per project.
Proposals and budgets will be submitted to the governing body for review and approval.
The governing body will review project proposals and budgets.
Once approved, the funds will be released to the local team for execution.
Approved projects must be implemented as per the submitted plan and budget.
The volunteer team, under the supervision of the Coordinator, will execute the project.
The team will ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability in fund utilization.
Coordination and collaboration with other teams or stakeholders may be required for larger community impacts.
After project completion, the local volunteer team must submit:
Expense report with receipts and supporting documents.
Work documentation (before and after photos, written reports).
Impact assessment (brief description of community benefits).
Updates, progress, and success stories should be shared on AdvanceBangladesh.com’s social media pages and groups.
Volunteers must follow the ethical guidelines and operational standards of AdvanceBangladesh.com.
Any misuse of funds or deviation from the project plan may result in disqualification from future projects.
Regular audits and feedback sessions will be conducted to ensure project success and transparency.

Before executing any project, a detailed project proposal must be prepared. This ensures proper planning, budgeting, and approval.
A standard project proposal should include:
1. Project Title: A clear and concise name for the project within our program.
2. Project Summary: A brief overview of the project's objectives, target beneficiaries, and expected impact.
3. Project Goals & Objectives:
What problem is being addressed?
What are the expected outcomes?
4. Target Beneficiaries:
Who will benefit (e.g., low-income families, disaster victims, students, etc.)?
How many people will be impacted?
5. Implementation Plan:
Timeline – Project phases and estimated completion dates.
Location – Areas where the project will take place.
Volunteer Involvement – Roles and responsibilities of the team.
6. Budget & Resources Required:
Estimated financial costs.
List of materials, equipment, and supplies needed.
7. Monitoring & Evaluation:
How will the project’s success be measured?
What methods will be used to gather feedback?
8. Sustainability & Long-Term Impact:
How will the project continue beyond initial execution?
Possible collaborations with other organizations for long-term impact.
Once the proposal is prepared, it follows the approval workflow:

Evaluation of Budget & Feasibility by financial teams.
Approval & Funding Allocation for project execution.
